Zlata* is a Jewish woman who left Russia because of the war and has only been in Israel for a year. She began attending our ulpan (Hebrew language school) a few months ago and first heard the gospel not long afterwards. Although she doesn't yet believe in God, she absorbs every Scripture lesson. During a recent lesson, she asked me to write down the Hebrew prayer I open every lesson with so that she could pray it herself. Praise God! I’ve never had a student ask for that. The Lord is clearly knocking on the door to her heart. Pray she opens it to Him!
